KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Responsible for conducting purchasing activities; 2. Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies; 3. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices; 4. Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other important data; 5. Ensure orders are delivered within the timeframe by keeping a good relationship with supplier and vendors; 6. Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures; 7. Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member. 8.Maintaining and updating supplier information. PRE - REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES 1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Studies or other related fields. 2. Fluent in Mandarin (required for communication with China suppliers), with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 4. Ambitious to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and multitasking abilities.
