  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Purpose and Content • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems including computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems • Perform on-site installation, continual improvement programmes, parts' overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair works on equipment • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects • Coordinate logistics arrangements and with customer on equipment related matters • Respond to customers’ complaints, provides time to solutions to resolve customers’ issues • Monitor the performance of the product, provide regular update report and feedback on customer’s service requests • Report common complaints of customers to management in order to address the situation for future reference • Identify opportunities for improvements and changes • Facilitate effective team interaction. Keep track of lessons learned and share with team members • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organised presentations to external and internal customers

Qualification & Requirements • Master/Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or its equivalent

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player • A highly motivated individual who works independently • Work in cleanroom environment • Require to work or be on standby during after office hours/weekend/public holiday

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
