Production QC Inspector ||| Pasir Gudang

Key Responsibilities: ~ Conduct production size checks to ensure that products meet required specifications and standards. ~ Perform detailed inspections of finished products, including visual and dimensional checks, to verify compliance with quality standards. ~ Inspect and verify that production packaging is correctly applied and meets quality and safety standards. ~ Use a variety of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to measure products and assess their compliance with engineering drawings and quality requirements. ~ Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and work closely with the production team to resolve issues. ~ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards. ~ Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and improvement initiatives. ~ Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure that all equipment used for inspections is properly maintained. Requirements: ~ Diploma / Degree of Mechanical Engineering, or related courses. ~ At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing or production environment. ~ Strong understanding of quality control processes and measurement techniques. ~ Proficiency with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and vernier scales. ~ Must can speak and understand English, in order to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. ~ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspecting products and documenting results. ~ Ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
