  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure that work is carried out fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the contract & that the procedures laid down in the project quality plan are followed to achieve these standards.
  • To review the QA/QC documents submitted by the client such as Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan and quality related specification and test procedures.
  • To prepare Quality Control procedures, inspection test plant (ITP), Weld Map (for pressure vessels, steel structure & fittings) according to project/client requirement and follow-up for its approval.
  • Preparation of final QC dossier for retrieving the document.
  • To implement Quality Control Manual System to ensure the quality product.
  • To prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ).
  • Verify and ensure the quality related activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
  • Interpretation of radiographs.
  • Review NDT reports to ensure its compliance with the reference codes and standards are meet.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and coordinate all the quality inspections through the site QC Inspectors.
  • Assist in correcting problem areas, products, and process which negatively impact the quality process.
  • Establish, implement and monitor the company’s Quality Management System and its internal Quality Audit in compliance with ISO 9001, external Audit and ASME Section VIII.
  • Any other duties and functions that may be assigned by the Company.

Requirements:-

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering Mechanical /Industrial/manufacturing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferable junior executive specialize in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and quality management skills.
  • Experience in Welding industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
