Senior Kindergarten Teacher

• Aid effective work teams, communication and engagement at the workplace.
• Carry out proper action to protect the children.
• Create and carry out plans to team with families and people involved with the centre.
• Create teaching and learning methods to engage children.
• Design good learning environments.
• Grow and drive team members via capability development.
• Guide teachers to enhance their daily practices.
• Lead in merging the core values of early childhood education within curricula.
• Merge an understanding of how children (birth to age 8) learn and grow in the course of study.
• Promote a culture of constant learning.
• Promote a safe and healthy environment in the centre.
• Raise the level of trust and respect in relationships with children via interaction.
• Review teaching and learning plans to meet the diverse needs of children.
• Show ethics and professionalism.
• Show critical thought and analysis.
• Solve problems and make decisions at a supervisory level.
• Tailor plans to watch and document children’s learning.
• Use emotional competence to manage self and team at the workplace.
• Work with the team to align short- and long-term goals with the vision, mission and values of the centre.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,880.10 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Kindergarten Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
