  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Team Leadto oversee procurement operations while analyzing and optimizing project performance. This position requires strong leadership, strategic procurement expertise, and analytical skills to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, streamline procurement processes, and conduct project analysis to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential providers to ensure reliable service and long-term collaboration.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of provider’s products, including software, payment solutions, security systems, and other essential services. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Keep the team informed on the latest supplier products, new features, and emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with providers, cybersecurity firms, and other key vendors to secure the best quality and pricing.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to higher management.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and able to facilitate across site and national boundaries.
  • Proven experience in procurement or similar field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Analytical, negotiations and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools for procurement reporting and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Related work experience/knowledge in IT field will be an advantage.
