Quality System Engineer

Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a small team in conducting quality control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle. • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective training programs for operators. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Identify and address areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Communicate effectively with various departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation. • Oversee quality management for product lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and management of yield rates. • Collect and analyse yield and quality metrics and manage data to implement continuous improvement strategies and process capability enhancements. • Coordinate quality-related customer interactions and internal issue resolutions, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory audits. .
