  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working mode: Hybrid (3 days in Office, 2 days WFH)

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of penetration testers.
  • Develop, review and implement comprehensive penetration testing methodology and strategy to elevate efficiency and capabilities
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of penetration testing engagements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Client Focus:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their security needs.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by showcasing team expertise and service value.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and penetration testing methodologies.
  • Lead the research and development of new testing techniques and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the company’s cybersecurity strategy.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in penetration testing
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating and managing a team of penetration testers
  • Experience with a variety of penetration testing tools and methodologies
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications (CEH) or any

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
