The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly solution-oriented IT Support Engineer (L2) with technical expertise to join our team at TCR Malaysia in Cyberjaya. In this role you will address more complex IT Services. The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless resolution of incidents, requests and escalations.

Technical Support:
Handle L1 escalations, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and collaborate with L3 teams.
Incident Management:Manage complex incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive issue prevention.
System Monitoring:Assist in monitoring IT systems, perform health checks, and escalate critical issues.
Documentation & Training:Maintain knowledge base, create technical documentation, and mentor L1 engineers.
Collaboration:Work with internal teams and vendors, support L3 during major incidents, and participate in team meetings.
Process Improvement:Identify ways to enhance IT service efficiency, propose system improvements, and develop expertise in key IT domains (ex. Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Workplace Solutions, Applications Support, Data Management, Security and Governance)
We are looking for an individual who:
Has 3-5years experience in IT Support with at least 1 year in a L2 capacity.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
Experience with ITIL frameworks, especially incident and problem management.
Hast strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across various IT domains, including Windows OS, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, and networking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Fluent in English, (both written and oral); additional languages are strong asset.
Strong understanding of SLA compliance and metrics, but also proficient in performance monitoring and reporting tools.
