Job Description:
- To prepare Letter of Offer and other necessary documents to tenants.
- To update payment received from deposit timely and prepare the Tenancy Agreement accordingly.
- To prepare or update the tenancy agreement with the latest term & conditions and ensure the renewal of tenancy agreements are on time.
- To prepare monthly report on tenant mix and tenant occupancy rate.
- To issue Letter of Demand to default tenants and ensure payments are completed according to the date line set.
- Issuance of correspondence to tenants pertaining to tenancy matters.
- Responsible in stamping of tenancy agreement with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri.
- To assist in preparing of rebate letter to tenants.
- Monitor and update the tenant tenure from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in retail leasing or building services leasing is essential; experience in Commercial Property Industry would be an added advantage.
- Good communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
- Self- motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Trainee post as on job training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
