Job Description:

  • To prepare Letter of Offer and other necessary documents to tenants.
  • To update payment received from deposit timely and prepare the Tenancy Agreement accordingly.
  • To prepare or update the tenancy agreement with the latest term & conditions and ensure the renewal of tenancy agreements are on time.
  • To prepare monthly report on tenant mix and tenant occupancy rate.
  • To issue Letter of Demand to default tenants and ensure payments are completed according to the date line set.
  • Issuance of correspondence to tenants pertaining to tenancy matters.
  • Responsible in stamping of tenancy agreement with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri.
  • To assist in preparing of rebate letter to tenants.
  • Monitor and update the tenant tenure from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in retail leasing or building services leasing is essential; experience in Commercial Property Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
  • Self- motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Trainee post as on job training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
