- Liaises with site operation team on the work order progress
- Generate and monitor work status
- Prepare status and report for the works in hands
- Maintain and update entry permits, vehicle servicing and staff particulars
- Manage and maintain the supplier invoice, admin records and filing
- Compile and present the actual costing for the work done
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties from time to time by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multi-task
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
