Admin Officer

  • Liaises with site operation team on the work order progress
  • Generate and monitor work status
  • Prepare status and report for the works in hands
  • Maintain and update entry permits, vehicle servicing and staff particulars
  • Manage and maintain the supplier invoice, admin records and filing
  • Compile and present the actual costing for the work done
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties from time to time by management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-task
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
