  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Check and sign logbooks at every site visited during working hours and whenever visited

2. Check visitor logs, contractor logs, drop in/out logs, incident report, hourly report books, and clocking reports and registered ID’s when visiting a particular site

3. Ensure security guard are in discipline and uniform is presentable according to the companies standards

4. Handle emergency and unwanted situations and alias with the police and relevant authority if needed.

5. Conduct regular checks on guards and report to HQ on their issues and discipline matters

6. Ensure sites are in good situations

7. Attend management meetings with Safety Officer and building managers

8. Prepare incident reports and police report

9. Prepare draft monthly report of site assigned

10. Monitor guards and train guards till they are able to understand and perform their duties and responsibilities

11. Conduct roll calls with guards at least 1 time a day at any site assignment

12. Provide training and monitoring to handle Nepalese guards at least 1 time a day at any sites assigned

13. Handle Nepalese guards permit and medical issues

14. Report to HQ and Operation Managers on any issues occurring at site all time

15. Organize FOMEMA registrations and medical check-up for guards

16. Accompany guards to hospitals whenever needed

17. Ensure NO BRIBERY from guards and clients

18. Any ad-hoc duties that needed to be performed on behalf of the company’s request

Requirements:

1. Must be willing to work on site

2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field

3. Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English

4. Able to conduct investigation work, document security process and procedures

5. Must be independent with strong willingness to learn

6. Fresh Graduate with internship experiences are encouraged to apply
