  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure operation of equipment installed at customer site are done correctly (for new project) and running smoothly (for existing project).
  • Attend and mandatory to pass all required training exam held by customer site.
  • Perform inspection, service and maintenance of equipment, hoses, fittings (example flexible hoses, centrifugal pump, diaphragm pump, storage tank) on a periodic basis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint related with installation, hoses, pump, storage tank and operation at site.
  • Prepare report in Health Safety & Environment Plan (HSE Plan) if customer request.
  • Do equipment / parts / performance monthly audit at customer workplace.
  • Obtain approval for Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on installation and operation of the job at customer site prior starting on site work.
  • Be a competent Permit To Work (PTW) Work Leader (WL) for chemical delivery.
  • Record, monitor and update ISO tank maintenance related document .
  • Adhere to and practice company safety policies within company premises.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Chemical Engineering / Science / Vocational / Mechanical / Process Plant or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Manufacturing / Oil & Gas) is required for this position.
  • Experience in chemical delivery is an added advantage.
  • Must able to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) are added advantage.
  • Willing to travel to all around Malaysia to visit customer site, service and attend training.
  • Have valid D2 Competent Driving License (CDL) driving license.
  • Possess car as transport vehicle.
  • Required skill(s): Use MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
