Job description Sales Support Key Responsibilities -Assist the sales team with booking procedures, preparing proposals, and responding to client inquiries. -Maintain and update client databases and records of sales interactions. -Handle follow-ups on leads and confirm reservations as directed by the Sales Manager. Client Communication -Act as a point of contact for guests and clients regarding their event or booking needs. -Coordinate with clients to confirm event details and logistics, ensuring client satisfaction and clear communication. Event Coordination -Work closely with operations, housekeeping, catering, and other teams to ensure smooth event or booking execution. -Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of events if needed, ensuring the client’s specifications are met. Administrative Duties -Manage sales documents, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. -Prepare sales reports for management, track performance metrics, and assist in forecasting. -Organize and maintain sales collateral, promotional materials, and sales kits. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions. -Track guest feedback and communicate issues or opportunities to the sales team for improvement. Market Research and Competitor Analysis -Assist in gathering data on competitors and market trends. -Prepare findings and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
