  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations (preferably in a supervisory role).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle escalations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CargoWise, or other logistics software is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of transportation and international shipping regulations.

Job Scope

  • Lead and manage the control tower team, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and approve customer bookings, shipment updates, and issue resolution.
  • Handle escalations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Improve processes, minimize delays, and coordinate between origin and destination.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide operational reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

  • Rotational shift
