  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Experienced in holding senior position - involving in decision making, serving as a finance business partner to Managing Director / CEO and driving business improvement.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to articulate.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, managing the company's exposure effectively.
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Supervise the accounting function and ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Experience in handling Audited Financial Statements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold other relevant professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA.
  • Proven experience as a senior financial management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
