  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the control tower team to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and manage shipment coordination, exception handling, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational challenges and client concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
  • Improve process efficiency and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide reports and updates to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain with leadership exposure.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CargoWise is a plus.
  • Understanding of transportation, international shipping, and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and manage shipment coordination, exception handling, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational challenges and client concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
  • Improve process efficiency and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide reports and updates to management and key stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
