  • Campus/Building Management: Conduct routine checks, develop and Maintain SOPs, implement maintenance schedules, ensure compliance, optimize budgets, maintain occupant satisfaction, and implement eco-friendly practices.
  • People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team, fostering teamwork and excellence.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management: Serve as key contact, build relationships, meet client expectations, and establish efficient communication protocols.

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Ensure vendor compliance, manage performance within budget.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years experience in semiconductor/manufacturing
  • Knowledge of local health and safety requirements
  • Understanding of critical facilities and specialized services
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Cleanroom/production operations experience (preferred)
  • Assist with other general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Provide support in keeping the facility clean, safe, and operational.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
