Position: Tele Sales Executive (Inbound)

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Record and update customer interactions and information in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Requirement:
- Mandarin-speaking (3 HC)
- Must be able to speak and write Mandarin with decent English (no fluency is required)
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Max Salary: RM 3500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Interview Process: 1 round, including a written assessment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
