  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Executive for a well-known Airlines in the country (March Intake)!

Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

  • Conveniently accessible via LRT Ara Damansara Station
  • FREE shuttle service from the LRT station to the office on a selected schedule

Job Scope:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound calls, live chat & email;
  • Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company's products/services

Working Hours:

Shifts: Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)

Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)

Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Shifts: Rotational shift (24/7)

Requirements:

  • Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;
  • Fresh graduate/ SPM leavers are encouraged to apply;
  • No experience need; full training provided;
  • Candidates with previous call centre background will be an added advantage;
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
