  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Exciting Opportunity: Customer Support (Telesales Agent) in International Banking Industry!

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: RM3,000-RM 7,000 per month

KPI Allowance: RM200

Monthly sales target: RM5000

Quarterly sales incentive: RM2000

Annual sales incentives: RM3000

Job Scope:

  • Perform outbound calls to the customers (database and leads are given)
  • Calling prospective clients to introduce company’s products and services (insurance)
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails
  • Recording customer interactions and updating customer information in a database

Working Hours:

  • 5 working days & 2 days off (Monday-Friday, weekends off)
  • 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
  • 9a.m -6p.m
  • Fully WFO

Requirements:

  • Candidate age below 45 yrs old
  • Proven experience with at least 6 months of marketing/sales /telesales are COMPULSORY
  • 3 months probation period , within 3 months candidates need to pass Insurance Certificate to be a confirmed staff.
  • English fluency is compulsory as to support international market
  • Training will be provided (1 month).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
