  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our valued client is actively seeking a dedicated Senior Production Manager to become an integral part of their respected team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 4 department, Production, Moulding, Assembly & Spray.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet production goals.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices, waste reduction strategies, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
  • Support implementation of ISO standards or other quality management systems as applicable.
  • Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee raw material procurement, inventory management, and usage.
  • Prepare and present production and operational reports for management.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in plastic injection moulding or a similar manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
