The Data Processing Specialist ensures the accurate processing, integration, and optimization of customer-specific data in compliance with TecDoc data standards. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, implementing data transformation using SQL and ETL tools, and ensuring high data quality in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer-specific data processing according to TecDoc data standards.
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the sales team to provide tailored solutions.
- Implement customer data using ETL tools, SQL, and TecDoc maintenance tools.
- Generate custom reports, product analysis, and data visualizations.
- Optimize data processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide 3rd-level technical support for data-related customer inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in data processing, database management, or software development.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and handling complex database queries.
- Experience in technical consulting, data transformation, and product implementation.
- Familiarity with IAM (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) industry data management (TecDoc knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
