  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for Plastic Injection Moulding Company

Work location: Larkin

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and classify suppliers based on established criteria to determine qualification or disqualification.
  • Foster strong relationships with engineering, production, and purchasing departments.
  • Report supplier performance and quality metrics to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager.
  • Assist in developing and implementing supplier management programs.
  • Conduct capability assessments to verify supplier qualifications.
  • Travel to assigned suppliers as needed to address quality-related issues.
  • Manage process controls by setting schedules to review supplier and quality performance.
  • Perform supplier audits to promote process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives with suppliers and customers to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & any others International Standard
  • Understanding well quality control core tools, E.g.: APQP, PPQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA & Etc.
  • Continuous improvement KAIZEN, 6-SIGMA, LEAN etc. will be advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
