Your key duties and responsibilities are:

  • In charged of overseeing of banquet events and operations.
  • Liaising with clients and customers on-site
  • Supervise and train other Part Timers and captains
  • Supporting the overall management of the Food & Beverage hosted by the company
  • Ensuring the function is successful and service is delivered in line with the brand service standards
  • Ensuring the host/organizer is greeted and briefed and that any last minute changes and requests are efficiently handled to maximum satisfaction of the host and guests.
  • To work closely with Sales colleagues in respect of any special requests from client.

Qualifications:

  • Compulsory to have a full CAR DRIVING LICENSE.
  • Proven experience as a Banquet/F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and catering standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • "Food Handler’s Certificate" is a requirement, if not available, kindly let us know beforehand.

Salary Range will be based on your experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
