  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

- Mandarin speaker are welcome

- Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)

- SPM holder and above

Responsibility

- Respond to customer enqueries via Voice (Inbound) & Non-voice (SMS, email, fax, web-chat, social media)

- Assisting for tow truck arrival, replacement of batteris, tires etc

- General customer service for roadside assistance

Working timing

- Monday – Sunday

- 8:00am – 8:00pm

- 8 working hours

- 5 Working days

Remuneration package

- Basic: up to RM2800.00

- Attendance allowance: RM100/month

- Language allowance: RM300.00/month

Working Location

- Kuchai Lama (nearby Kuchai lama MRT station)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Performance bonus
