Surface Preparation: Oversee processes such as sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical treatment to ensure surfaces are prepared for optimal paint adhesion. Implement and monitor cleaning processes to remove contaminants before coating. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of painted surfaces for thickness, adhesion, uniformity, and appearance. Investigate and resolve defects such as cracking, peeling, or uneven coatings. Maintain documentation of quality control metrics and process adjustments.
