Requirements

  • English fluency [Mandatory]
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • MUST at least 3 years to 4 years’ experience in call centre industry
  • Minimum one year experience in supervisory roles
  • Basic excel knowledge

Job Scope

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the Contact Centre Operations to deliver a best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs.
  • Ensure all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Conduct staff’s performance review and document staff’s improvement plan to upkeep service professionalism and operational efficiency.
  • Generate daily reports for internal reviews and other documentation as required.
  • Overall lead in ensuring team deliver the highest standard of service experience towards respondents
  • Work closely with Manager and Client to understand the Operation needs.

Working timing

  • Monday to Sunday - 7am to 11pm (Operation timing)
  • 5 Working days (2 Off days - depends on schedule)
  • Rotational shift (rotate in between 7am - 11pm only)
  • 9 working hours perday (including lunch hours)

Salary Package

  • Base pay: up to RM4500.00
  • KPI allowance: up to RM500.00/month

Working Location

  • Tokio Marine Tower, Jalan Tun Razak (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Office building beside MRT Ampang Park Station
