Position - L1 Apps Support

Competencies & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in production application support for Unix/Linux , Windows platform, Apache and MySQL.
  • Extensive knowledge in shell scripting, SSL certificate, TCP/IP
  • Experienced and skilful in trouble shooting server/network/load balancer/ HSM and performance issues
  • Experience in Splunk and Dynatrace are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pro-active monitoring and system health check
  • Diagnose problem area and resolve L1 incident ticket within SLA
  • Escalate/Collaborate with other support teams to resolve reported incidents/problems
  • Contribute and review Root Cause Analysis and follow up on Permanent Corrective Action
  • Coordinate thorough testing of the developed monitoring solution/ dashboards/ tools
  • Manage the reported incident/problem until closure
  • Provide regular feedback and status of issues to the stakeholders
  • Stand-by support for high-severity incident, and application availability/ performance issues
  • Candidate will be required to work on shifts (24 x 7)

Job Specification

  • Investigation and root cause analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

  • Investigation and root cause analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Windows platform,: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Apache and MySQL.: 3 years (Preferred)
