  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • L3 engineer
  • Subject Matter Expert in Modern Workspace (Citrix & VMWare)
  • Supporting global account (APAC, EMEA, North America - ~8,000 users)
  • Citrix: XenDesktop 7.6, XenApp 6.X
  • Microsoft Application Virtualization: AppV 4.X
  • Profile Management: AppSense 8.X, Persona Management
  • ·VMWare: Horizon View 6.X and 7.X
  • Ticketing Tools: SNOW and BMC Remedy
  • Automation Scripting: Powershell
  • ITIL: BAU support and project (daily ops call, SR, INC, CR, problem, risk, knowledge management and etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Ticketing Tools: SNOW and BMC Remedy: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Automation Scripting: Powershell: 3 years (Preferred)
  • ITIL: BAU support and projects.: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Modern Workspace (Citrix & VMWare): 3 years (Required)
  • Supporting global account: 3 years (Preferred)
