ARCHITECTURE INSPECTOR OF WORK (IOW)

- Prepare and review design documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Develop and implement design strategies and standards to meet project goals and comply with regulations and guidelines. - Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities and agencies to understand and navigate regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits and approvals. - Collaborate with project stakeholders, architects, engineers, and other teams to ensure alignment with design intent and regulatory standards. - Manage design timelines and work with consultant and contractor teams to effectively meet project milestones and deadlines. - Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of design phases into overall project timelines and objectives. - Coordinate with all consultants and sub-contractors; confer with project personnel/sub-contractors to provide practical advice and to resolve problems. - Prepare detailed construction timelines, methods, costs and documentation for project funding authorization. - Provide detailed explanations of project scope and the associated costs as required. - Identify and evaluate alternative construction methods/ processes to resolve construction issues at site. Requirements : - The candidate must possess min 5 years of construction and project management expertise. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. - Basic structure ,civil knowledge & electrical knowledge - Must be able work independently. - Good communication, documentation and presentation skills in both English and BM - Must have IOW certificate in Architecture
