QC Inspector

1.) Perform inspections, monitoring and review of quality control activities as stipulated in Inspection and Test Plan covering Fabrication (heat number transfer; fit-up inspection; welding visual; flatness; final dimension and final visual), Blasting & Painting, NDT, Assembly (Mechanical; Hydraulic; E&I), Pre-Commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing and/or Incoming (IQC). 2.) Where required, attend and conduct inspections, monitoring and review of quality control activities as stipulated in Inspection and Test Plan at supplier or subcontractor facility. 3.) Prepare quality reports as required, monitor and adhere with the status of project to ensure manufacture data record (MDR) is prepared and complete to facilitate MDR submission on time. 4.) Attend to third party and/or client’s Representative as required by ensuring Project Quality Plan prepared is implemented and adhered during inspection activities. 5.) Plan, monitor and conducts QC related activities in Production, subcontractor and supplier as per Inspection and Test Plan to ensure conformance to requirements. 6.) Identify and report any non-conformance as warranted via inspections and monitoring in Production, subcontractor and supplier processes. Monitor the progress, status and closure of non-conformance reports raised. 7.) Participate and be active in driving quality improvement and promote awareness of quality to the process owners. 8.) Perform process audit and record review in area of Production, subcontractor and supplier to ensure continuing conformity to company requirements.
