Roles & Responsibilities • Sales Training & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs tailored to the sales team's specific needs. Coach individual team members to enhance sales performance, productivity, and goal achievement. • Team Development: Provide continuous mentoring and support to sales representatives, focusing on their professional development and skill improvement in selling Telco products, including mobility solutions, IoT, security, and cloud services. • Sales Strategy Alignment: Work closely with sales leadership to align coaching initiatives with overall sales strategies, objectives, and company goals. Help implement sales techniques that drive success in the Telco market. • Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices: Share industry insights, sales strategies, and best practices to elevate the team’s understanding of the Telco market, trends, and solutions. • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with Telco industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure that the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques. Qualifications and Experience: • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering Technology and equivalent is required with 7 years of working experience • Experience – A robust track record of 7-10 years in Telco sales, including direct quota-bearing sales roles and substantial exposure to coaching and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Also, a Professional Sales Training • Proven Track Record in Training and Coaching: Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams, focusing on skills development, product knowledge, and sales strategies. • Hands-On Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, with a deep understanding of sales processes, tools, and techniques, especially in the IT and telco sectors. • Industry Expertise - In-depth understanding of the New Zealand Telco market, including comprehensive expertise in Mobility Solutions, Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, and Cloud Services. • Coaching Mentorship - Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement within sales teams, with a verifiable record of driving teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. • Sales Acumen - Advanced proficiency in crafting and implementing sophisticated sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing a product mix to align with aggressive revenue goals. • Problem Solving Analytical Skills - Ability to assess sales performance, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions. • Working Hours – Ability to work following New Zealand time from 6am to 3pm or from 7am to 4pm rotational
