  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Uji Teguh Group.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our market presence, increase revenue, and establish strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure business deals.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve set sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote company services.
  • Manage company branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
