Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities • Responsible to manage payroll administration and necessary coordination to ensure payment of payroll is in a timely and accurate manner. • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval and monthly statutory payments. • Monitoring and Checking Employee Entitlement Record, Medical Entitlement Record, Leave records etc. • Assist in administrating employee benefits programs, including insurance, policies, rewards programme etc. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database. • To handle end to end recruitment, coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements and screening candidates to conducting interviews, preparing Letter of Offer and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. • Responsible in initiating of application for training grant and reimbursement of training cost from PSMB fund. • To maintain the appropriate records and date pertaining to training and development activity in accordance with company requirement.
