SENIOR M&E ENGINEER

. Report to company management and oversee M&E activities as assigned. · Attend discussions with clients, authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding M&E matters. · Attend all site and technical meetings, and report any non-conformance of works. · Oversee construction works at the site, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. · Review documents submitted by subcontractors and ensure compliance with procedures. · Implement quality control procedures at the site to maintain high standards of workmanship. · Ensure all documentation is in place, regularly updated, and organized systematically. · Ensure all technical documents required for construction, such as materials, method statements, and drawings, are prepared and available. · Handle other M&E-related matters as assigned by the Project Director. Job Requirements: · Minimum 3 years to 5 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy carrying out detailed design, project management and supervision in building engineering services. · Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work under pressure and under tight schedule. · Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment · Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
