Sales Manager (F&B)
The Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager (F&B) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Food & Beverage division in UOA Hospitality. This role focuses on sales and managing client relationships, planning and organizing events, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sales professional with a strong understanding of the F&B industry and event hospitality.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and secure new business opportunities within the F&B segment.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute F&B-related events, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
· Work closely with operations and event teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
· Provide recommendations to clients regarding menus, themes, and event setups.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams, including kitchen, operations, and marketing, to support sales efforts.
· Share market feedback and customer insights with the team to enhance service offerings.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
