Sales Support
Location: 35-5-6, Golden Triangle 2 Commercial Square, Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, Sungai Ara, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang
As a Sales Support, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team by providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction and help drive sales growth by supporting various sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoice and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management as needed.
- Provide support during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
