Business Development Manager (Ecommerce / Fashion)
Key Activities / Accountabilities
Market Development:
· Identify and target potential clients in the Fashion & Apparel and e-Commerce sectors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends and client needs.
Solution Development:
· Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored logistics solutions for clients.
· Promote company capabilities in end-to-end logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
· Achieve sales targets by closing new business deals.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Industry Expertise:
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Fashion and e-Commerce sectors.
· Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.
Collaboration and Reporting:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
· Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market insights.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree holder in any fields
Experience:
At least 5 (five) years’ related working experience
Technical Skills:
· Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
