As we expand, we seek a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in processes.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead recruitment efforts, develop retention strategies, and ensure the company attracts top talent.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing grievances, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining open communication.
- Identify training needs and design effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Oversee the performance review process, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record of handling HR functions across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of local employment laws, labor regulations, and best HR practices.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.

- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
- Experience in the BPO or service industry is highly desirable.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
