  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As we expand, we seek a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, develop retention strategies, and ensure the company attracts top talent.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing grievances, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining open communication.
  • Identify training needs and design effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Oversee the performance review process, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record of handling HR functions across multiple locations.
  • Deep understanding of local employment laws, labor regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.

  • Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
