Job Responsibilities:
Data Process Support role involves managing complex administrative tasks, reviewing documents for compliance, making changes, and maintaining reports. You’ll coordinate between teams and need knowledge of industry terms and office equipment (e.g., CRT, microfilm readers).
Examples of tasks include data entry, claims processing, and banking services. You’ll also handle the processing of checks, ATM work, negotiability reviews, and customer adjustments. This job requires operating electronic sorting equipment, using PCs, and meeting strict deadlines. You may also lead lower-level staff and work independently with light supervision. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Job Requirements:
- High School, Diploma or equivalent.
- Applicant should have at least 6month-1year of experience handling moderate to complex check processing clerical duties.
- Experience with other high volume, processing roles may substitute for check processing experience.
- Skills associated with this position includes: ability to learn, read, and follow detailed instructions, ability to work in a team environment and be cooperative, good PC skills, good attendance and strong data entry for numeric keyboard skills
