Customer Service To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation in close cooperation with Operation Team. Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to shipping, tracking, delivery status, documentation, and customs. Track and monitor the status of shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders. Resolve shipment delays, customs hold-ups, damaged goods, lost shipments, billing discrepancies or any other issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction. Process and manage import and export orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods. Coordinate with vendors, oversea agents, and shipping carriers/airlines to schedule shipments and confirm delivery timelines. Prepare and review all required documentation for international/local shipments, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including tariff classifications, duties, and taxes. Keep updated on changes to international trade regulations and customs procedures. Participate in meetings and discussions related to customer feedback, service improvements, and process optimization. Monitor closely the progress of work orders from place booking to release booking and keep the customers informed regularly. Setting up meeting with customers, understand better on customer needs to negotiate rate and services Maintain good relationship with the existing customers Respond promptly to customer's inquiries and concerns Identify and follow up new business / market opportunities Handle complaints from customers, provide appropriate solutions and alternative promptly and follow up to ensure resolution Prepare monthly report or any other ad-hoc reports upon request Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandrin as most spoken dialect, English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages will be added advantage. Good MS.Office (MS.Excel, MS.Word, MS.PowerPoint). At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good communication skill (written and oral). Strong team player, disciplined and punctual. Knowledge of International trade terms & business. Experience in dealing with customs, shipping & port. Only shortlisted candidates will be noticed
