General Job Description & Responsibilities

  • To provide support in all administrative and clerical duties;
  • To ensure office/project staff’s compliance with company’s administrative procedures & policies;
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior;
  • Maintains efficient and proper filling activities & system to ensure all relevant documents are kept updated.
  • Review and negotiate a variety of project agreements and contracts in alignment with project requirements.
  • Provide ongoing contract administration support, including tracking key milestones, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and resolving any contractual issues that arise during the course of the project.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and bid submissions to ensure alignment with project objectives and procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams, procurement departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective management and execution of contracts.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and correspondence to ensure easy access and traceability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract administration and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Help organize and track project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and milestones.
  • Communicate key project details to team members and act as a liaison between team members and the Project Manager, ensuring smooth information flow and issue resolution.

Work Experience Requirement

  • Proficient in the use Microsoft Office;
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, team player and good personality;
  • Candidate must possess own transport;
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure and multitask;
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Education Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
