Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business transformation through HR initiatives.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend policies for talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and development.
2. Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right talent at the right time.
3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive high performance.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement strategies.
- Handle employee grievances and foster open communication between employees and management.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR budgets and optimize costs related to compensation, benefits, and training.
5. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and execute L&D strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee training needs analysis, skills gap assessments, and training program development.
6. HR System
- Leverage HR technology to improve HR efficiency.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to management
7. Office Administration
- Oversee office operations and ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
- Manage office facilities, including security, maintenance, and transportation.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR leader, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior HR management role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
