Job Summary:

Job Description:
- Measure land and properties to establish legal boundaries.
- Use advanced tools like total stations, GPS, and laser scanners for accurate measurements.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to produce accurate maps, plans, and reports.
- Review historical land records, deeds, and previous surveys to verify boundary lines.
- Generate reports and maps for clients, municipalities, or legal purposes, often including detailed drawings and measurements.
- Record any changes in land boundaries or discrepancies found during surveys.
- Evaluate and assess land for construction projects, providing vital data to engineers and architects.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure that land boundaries and property rights are accurately defined.
- Obtain permits and approvals for conducting surveys on private or public land include conduct survey that comply with relevant laws and safety standards.
- Ensure that survey crews are following the correct procedures and safety guidelines.
- Manage survey projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficiency in using surveying and mapping software like AutoCAD, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Civil 3D, and other specialized surveying tools.
- Have a knowledge of laws and regulations such as property laws, surveying standards and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Committed to work and willing to work extra time when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
