  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating, selling and coordinating travel plans for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ travel inquiries, provide professional recommendations, and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Handle travel orders, track order status, assist customers in completing the purchase process, and improve order conversion rates.
  • Regularly report sales updates and drive travel sales efforts.
  • Develop new sales channels and leads to drive sales growth.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target set by the company.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget
  • Assist to structure customized travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and tours
  • Recommend travel destinations and attractions based on clients' interests and preferences
  • Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during travel and provide support to clients as needed

Requirements:

  • Ideally to have 1+ years of experience as a travel agent or travel sales role
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and itineraries simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Office software
  • Language requirements: English (Mandarin is a bonus)
