  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Senior Robotics & Electronic Engineer to be based in Yong Peng, Johor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To lead and support production personnel to achieve the company's objective in the area efficiency, cost & safety.
  • Continuously monitor daily, weekly and monthly machine efficiency and to take immediate counter-measures to ensure that production efficiency is maintained at high level.
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production downtime and to identify the major downtimes and its root cause(s) so that counter-measures can be taken to eliminate/reduce the downtime.
  • Plan, organize and carry out preventive maintenance on the plant and machinery with the approval of the Plant Manager / Maintenance Manager in order to maintain and improve machinery reliability.
  • To work closely with the Production Department to replenish spare parts to eliminate unplanned plant stoppage.
  • Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and electronic devices, provide technical support and training to users and perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • To be fully responsible on all sections of robotic equipment stacker robot, loading robot, packing robot, presses, dryer and Kiln operation process, monitoring, equipment checks, etc.
  • To check and verify on SAP Documentation (eg.: Data compilation and completion of stack sheet).
  • To generally assist the Plant Manager for Maintenance Planning for GCI. Make sure the maintenance cost per the budget every month.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor / Master degree in Robotics, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in robotic systems design and electronics engineering.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Has knowledge in SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
