  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an IT Field Support Engineer to be based in Kuching, Sarawak.

Requirement :

  • Professional Certification, diploma in IT, Computer Science , Telecommunications or Equivalent.
  • Passion on latest technology and willing to learn.
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Required language : English.
  • Required Skill(s) : Good Communication skills, troubleshoot, IT skills.
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome to apply.

Job Scope :

  • Responsible for maintaining, supporting and implementing communication network for customer.
  • Deliver assigned task within timeline.
  • Maintain on existing network equipment for customer.
  • Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • To monitor and resolve all customer trouble ticket process as required.
  • To maintain the quality of services and perform precautionary maintenance.
  • To provide support to all IT subdivision on the regional source and make sure about its growth.
  • To perform the documentation specific reports for repairing causes of networking problems and assess the same via ticketing system.
  • They should deliver backup to NOC and manage operating field groups.
  • Engineers should provide support and practical backup to protect network infrastructures.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
