We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive (Procurement) to support procurement operations, ensure data accuracy, and enhance supply chain processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless inventory management, contributing to procurement planning, and driving operational efficiency through collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Procurement & Planning:

  • Assist in data collection and ensure data accuracy in procurement systems.
  • Prepare procurement and planning reports to support decision-making.
  • Understand and contribute to basic procurement planning activities.

B. Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory systems (e.g., WMS).
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management protocols.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support data validation efforts.

C. Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance daily operational tasks.
  • Recommend and implement simple process improvements.

D. Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet organizational goals.
  • Show a willingness to learn, adapt, and support team initiatives.

E. Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
