Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide SCM team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, optimized production capacity and resources planning, uses MMOG tool to assess and improve inter-section processes and gap.
- Uses Demand analysis tools and methodology to analyze customer behavior and project upcoming trend, material preparation and inventory control.
- Commit and monitor sales plan and achievement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, especially in production planning and customer order fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge in SAP.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain optimization.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing principles.
